He lost 149 lbs. following bariatric surgery. He desired improvement in his chest contour including removal of the lateral chest skin roll. He also desired excess skin removal from his abdomen, lateral thighs and buttock region. Technique: The patient underwent male breast reshaping using an excisional procedure designed specifically for weight loss patients that preserves nipple viability and sensation. He also underwent a circumferential lower body lift during the same procedure.
