He was unhappy with his chest contour. He had a 75 lb. weight loss through diet and exercise. He had previous liposuction of his chest 10 years prior and a mini tummy tuck by an outside plastic surgeon. He also desired abdominal contouring. Technique: VASER (ultrasound-assisted) liposuction of the chest. The patient also underwent a secondary, full tummy tuck during his procedure.
