She desired slightly smaller breasts with lifting of her nipple position. She also desired abdominal contouring. Technique: Breast reduction using a superior medial pedicle through an anchor incision. The patient also had liposuction of the lateral breasts/chest to optimize her breast contour. Right breast tissue removal 429 grams, left breast tissue removal 365 grams. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) during the same procedure.
