She complained of back and shoulder pain. She was only able to wear sports bra comfortably. Technique: Breast reduction using a superior medial pedicle through an anchor incision. The patient also had liposuction of the lateral breasts/chest to optimize her breast contour. Right breast tissue removal 429 grams, left breast tissue removal 365 grams.
